If you do not have an account yet, you can start setting up right away. Otherwise, open 'Settings' in the email app and choose 'Add account'.

5 years agoPretty much same problem as others...email just stopped working on my android phone for no apparent reason, said change password which I did, said PW or username incorrect which is wrong as it's what I use online via laptop, uninstalled email app but then when trying to reinstall says cannot connect with server and now IMAP/SMTP disabled....no-one seems to know why it's happening or how to rectify, please help SKY...losing business because of this.
5 years agoI had to change my email password and now I can't access my mail at all on my Android phone. I can still log into my sky.com account but not the email app. Have removed and tried setting up again using the IMAP settings but the message I get is " Setup failed. Reasons may be: The user name or password is incorrect. The IMAP/SMTP service is disabled. Enable the service and try again" Contact your email service provider for more information. Your helplines suggest I go to my Yahoo sign in preferences but there is nothing obvious there to update. PLEASE HELP this is so frustrating! I have tried all different apps to to get my email to phone now and all struggling
5 years agoCannot set up email again through imap continously sayin authentication failed it went off after your outage and now have no e mail account app on my android sort yourselves out!!!!!
