Android guide to setup Sky.com mail
1 Open your Email application from the menu, add a new account and choose 'Other'.
If you do not have an account yet, you can start setting up right away. Otherwise, open 'Settings' in the email app and choose 'Add account'.
2 In the next screen enter your account details and click on 'Login':
Email: your Sky.com email address
Password: your Sky.com email password
3 Choose imap and enter the following details under 'Server incoming mail':
imap server: imap.tools.sky.com
Security type: ssl
Port: 993
4 Your account is now ready to use.
Congratulations, your account is now set up. Open the email app on your smartphone to use your email.

Cannot setup the above email on my andriod phone after it stopped working at the end Dec, keep getting email address or password is incorrect. Same login works for webmail on the sky site. When is this going to be fixed, it's VERY inconvenient.

Have not been able to access sky email on android phone for 7 days..have deleted and now can’t add the account as connection to server refused....email ok on iPad..😖

As with all other messages here, no longer able to access emails on Android phone. Deleted app and now can't add account. I have tried 4 different apps all say my login details are wrong 😡😡😡😡

same problem really cheesed off it keeps saying my log in details are wrong and i have not changed any setting this always seems to happen with my sky e-mail account only

Still can't access my emails from my android phone, I've tried deleting and now can't add the account. Sort it out ASAP please!!!
