iPhone guide to setup Sky.com mail
1 Open 'Settings', click on 'Passwords & accounts' and 'Add account'.
Click on your provider name if it's listed, otherwise click on 'Other'
2 Make sure 'Email' is checked and click 'Save'.
Your email account is now saved. In the next steps we check if all settings are correct.
3 Click on your newly created email address and choose 'Advanced'. Make sure that the following data is correct under 'Incoming server':
Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 993
4 Go back to the previous screen and under 'Outgoing server' click on smtp.tools.sky.com. Make sure the following information is correct:
Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 465

changed sky password and now can see emails but not send as says not correct password. Deleted sky and re done but still saying this even though receiving mail

Hi My wife has recently had a new phone(i phone 6s)but cannot receive her e mails as it says the user nameor passwoed for"sky"is imcorrect I put my password in(it works on my phone and works to log into my sky)and it still doesn't work Please help

Trying to set Mail on iPad mini and followed the above. Receive message the sky is not currently available. Am receiving mail on iPhone. Why won't this set up work
