iPhone guide to setup Sky.com mail

1 Open 'Settings', click on 'Passwords & accounts' and 'Add account'.

Click on your provider name if it's listed, otherwise click on 'Other'

2 Make sure 'Email' is checked and click 'Save'.

Your email account is now saved. In the next steps we check if all settings are correct.

3 Click on your newly created email address and choose 'Advanced'. Make sure that the following data is correct under 'Incoming server':

Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 993

4 Go back to the previous screen and under 'Outgoing server' click on smtp.tools.sky.com. Make sure the following information is correct:

Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 465

My email on my iPad and iPhone have stopped working and it keeps saying incorrect password. The password is correct as I can access with this on the internet. I am trying to set up my emails on my iPhone and I am getting a message saying my password is incorrect for imap.tools.sky.com. If you set it up using your Sky credentials but select it as a Yahoo account, not just Add Mail Account, it should work. Sky seems to have moved to using Yahoo to facilitate the service.

followed steps for setting up on iPhone - but this returns error message saying "Cannot Get Mail the username or password for "map.tools.sky.com" is incorrect.
