iPhone guide to setup Sky.com mail
1 Open 'Settings', click on 'Passwords & accounts' and 'Add account'.
Click on your provider name if it's listed, otherwise click on 'Other'
2 Make sure 'Email' is checked and click 'Save'.
Your email account is now saved. In the next steps we check if all settings are correct.
3 Click on your newly created email address and choose 'Advanced'. Make sure that the following data is correct under 'Incoming server':
Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 993
4 Go back to the previous screen and under 'Outgoing server' click on smtp.tools.sky.com. Make sure the following information is correct:
Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 465

Hello My husbands sky email account has stopped working, despite all the settings being correct. The message says incorrect user name or password. This is not the case could his account have been hacked?? The problem is we are not now with Sky so the operator put the phone down on my husband was asking for help. Please could you advise us on who to speak too to resolve this. My email address is still working fine. Many thanks Mrs Hardy

My sky email: Dione@sky.com has completely stopped working. It says incorrect username or password although I know these are entered correctly! HELP!!!!!

I am having problems getting email on my iPhone. Just started this afternoon I have tried various ways but each time they say my password is wrong in imap can you help me? Thanks

Can't get sky mail have followed all steps listed but can't get sky mail. I am in France for 2 weeks so can't use computer & only have 3G. It was working this morning then came up message wrong passcode. Changed password but now it's staying my inspired.tools.sky.com is wrong
