iPhone guide to setup Sky.com mail
1 Open 'Settings', click on 'Passwords & accounts' and 'Add account'.
Click on your provider name if it's listed, otherwise click on 'Other'
2 Make sure 'Email' is checked and click 'Save'.
Your email account is now saved. In the next steps we check if all settings are correct.
3 Click on your newly created email address and choose 'Advanced'. Make sure that the following data is correct under 'Incoming server':
Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 993
4 Go back to the previous screen and under 'Outgoing server' click on smtp.tools.sky.com. Make sure the following information is correct:
Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 465

If I have yahoo mail on my iPad can I get sky mail instead I like the format of sky emails but it has changed to yahoo format

Sky email not working stayed needed to renter password when did that says incorrect cannot reset cod says message too large after 3hours deleted email account tried to reset but keeps coming up imap user word or password incorrect

Email not working says need to re enter password but when did that would not accept says incorrect have deleted acc trying to reset up but doesn’t spent over 4 hours trying re set up but will not accept very frustrating causing lot problems says imap password or user name incorrect

imap.tools.sky.comis not responding is also a message I keep getting on my iPhone 5s. I’ve never changed any thing or used a different password. Can’t remember my password either
