I’ve not been able to send or retrieve email on my iPhone 11 since Wednesday up to then it was fine I know my password is correct as I can log into Yahoo through sky login Ive checked my settings and noticed my out going server port number is 587 and not 465 but it’s been like that on my last 3 iPhones without a problem can anyone help pleased!!

5 years agoFor some reason when L try to send an email l get the following message. The username or password for "SMTP:n.earls@sky.com@smtp.tools.sky.com" is incorrect. I don't know why as I have been successfully sending emails for years without any problems. Please help!! Thank you.
