5 years agoMy wife's Sky.com email address cannot be accessed, but we can't find a way to reset the password without resetting my Sky ID password.

5 years agoYou have to change your password on a pc. If you have forgotten your password you can reset and you will be asked to answer a security question. Once done there, change the password on the sky mail account on your phone and you should then get your emails.
