Android guide to setup Sky.com mail
1 Open your Email application from the menu, add a new account and choose 'Other'.
If you do not have an account yet, you can start setting up right away. Otherwise, open 'Settings' in the email app and choose 'Add account'.
2 In the next screen enter your account details and click on 'Login':
Email: your Sky.com email address
Password: your Sky.com email password
3 Choose imap and enter the following details under 'Server incoming mail':
imap server: imap.tools.sky.com
Security type: ssl
Port: 993
4 Your account is now ready to use.
Congratulations, your account is now set up. Open the email app on your smartphone to use your email.

Email on laptop & direct with Sky fine, but it's been asking for credentials on phone for days. I have 2 sky emails on my phone, the other is fine! Help!

sky have disabled all browers except Yahoo. You can get a better choice in china or north korea

cannot access my e mail and even though all my credentials are correct (even changed my password as it kept saying it was wrong!!!) it now won,t complete saying can,t establish connection due to an untrusted or invalid connection x WTF is happening Sky?????

Email has stopped working on my android phone, "incorrect username or password". Both are correct and work perfectly well on other devices, how do I overcome this problem?

Same problem as everyone else. Email has stopped working on Android - password or user name incorrect - when it's fine on my laptop. Please sort this asap as per everyone's requests - very poor service.
