iPhone guide to setup Sky.com mail
1 Open 'Settings', click on 'Passwords & accounts' and 'Add account'.
Click on your provider name if it's listed, otherwise click on 'Other'
2 Make sure 'Email' is checked and click 'Save'.
Your email account is now saved. In the next steps we check if all settings are correct.
3 Click on your newly created email address and choose 'Advanced'. Make sure that the following data is correct under 'Incoming server':
Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 993
4 Go back to the previous screen and under 'Outgoing server' click on smtp.tools.sky.com. Make sure the following information is correct:
Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 465

I can receive emails but cannot send and the following message comes up: The username or password for "SMTP:anthony_coombes@sky.com@smtp.tools.sky.com" is incorrect.

Outgoing server is not working, I keep getting message that my password is not correct yet it is as I can access my account on a browser but not on my devices mail tool why?

Receiving emails on my tablet and IPhone but on my wife's tablet it keeps saying incorrect email adddress or password for imap. I have deleted account and re installed but still get same message, can you advise what I need to do Thank you
