iPhone guide to setup Sky.com mail

1 Open 'Settings', click on 'Passwords & accounts' and 'Add account'.

Click on your provider name if it's listed, otherwise click on 'Other'

2 Make sure 'Email' is checked and click 'Save'.

Your email account is now saved. In the next steps we check if all settings are correct.

3 Click on your newly created email address and choose 'Advanced'. Make sure that the following data is correct under 'Incoming server':

Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 993

4 Go back to the previous screen and under 'Outgoing server' click on smtp.tools.sky.com. Make sure the following information is correct:

Use SSL: on
Identity check: password
Server port: 465

Sky email works on ipad but stopped working on iphone 3 weeks ago for no reason, says imap info is incorrect. I have tried deleting the iphone email and email account and reinstalling but same message comes up .ipad still ok , Need guidance 07773049761

cannot add sky email to my iPhone. deleted it then readded but says its already on there. soooo frustrating!!!! please help me. I have followed all the instructions word by word and still nothing

After pressing settings on my new iPad there is no ‘mail, contacts and calendar’. These are separate and nine has Add account

I have a casio watch which \I am trying to set up mail alerts for, but can't seem to get it to set up. On my phone in the casio app, I need to set up my email, password, Description, IMAP/POP, but it keeps coming up as password or user name incorrect. Also I do not know the IMAP/POP information

Have tried everything to get my email to work with Outlook but no joy. Waited nearly 10 minutes to get through and spoke to a operator who wasn't helpful and didn't understand and promptly cut me off! Please advise what is going on with sky email....

Sky email not working on iPhone. I've been getting all the messages other users have posted. What is going on? I've deleted the account and try to add it but although it says it has been added, I cannot see the account. It feels like Sky have abandoned Sky email on iPhone.
