8 years agoI am unable to access my emails on my iPad and iPhone. I had no problems last night but this morning I received a message telling me that the mail server "mail.btinternet.com" is not responding. I have deleted and reloaded the email accounts several times on both devices but to no avail. I am able the read my emails via BT Yahoo and Outlook. I would value your advice. Regards, Patrick Laycock
8 years agoNo sure if anybody else has noticed this but I think I have discovered a serious security breach in BT email services when used with email email apps such as Ipad email etc:. Example test case:. >BT email and Ipad email app password set to 12345 >Emails received and sent correctly as expected >Changed BT email password at the email server end via BT web mail to 67890 >Still can received new emails on my Ipad email App even though the password is now incorrectly set to 12345 I have discovered this as I lost my Ipad a month ago and I have noticed that someone is still reading my emails even though I have changed my BT primary account email password several times since. I have spoken to BT tech support but they seem to be clueless. Any suggestions?
