5 years agotrying to open new btinternet e mail account on my apple products. on my i phone keep getting the same error message "username or password for mail.btinternet.com is incorrect". I think I'm following all the instructions correctly and have never had any problems setting these up before. Any help would be appreciated.
5 years agoOn my iPhone 5 and iPad version 2 I always read my emails through the yahoo mail icon when I recently updated my iPad to 6 generation and iPhone 7 I cannot now use the yahoo mail icon as yahoo no l9mger supports but internet mail. How can I see my emails now on my ipad

5 years agosince the Yahoo outage last week my iPhone can access this email address but is not downloading the messages to the mail app. The other 2 emails are working as normal. Please can you help?
