9 years agoI have an iPhone 6s and have repeatedly followed above instructions up to step 6 when I keep getting user name & password incorrect. It worked perfectly previously and btinternet is working fine on my iPad and MacBook. What can I do?
9 years agoI have followed your instructions repeatedly but still get the error message re username or password. I have an iPhone 5c and my emails worked perfectly for 12 months before this problem

9 years agoCannot reply to emails , says I have the wrong password, I have deactivated and reactivated my account and all passwords were accepted but still cannot send email.
9 years agoI could not send email from my iphone tried to follow above and now can neither receive or send saying my password or server are incorrect how do I correct this as I am sure my bt password is entered correctly
