I have followed the instructions repeatedly up to the end of step 4 and keep getting a message that my user name or password are incorrect. I have checked and rechecked and am 100% certain that this is not the case. Can you help?

10 years agoUpgraded iPad to iOS8 (not this one) BT Internet refuses to send SSL tabs incoming and outgoing both green Tried to turn off. "verifying" then goes on forever Please help!
