5 years agogetting sooo angry with sky now. They can't get this right. I've had problems getting access to my emails on my iPhone ever since I loaded up my new iPhone 11. Same problem every time - sky username or password not recognised but it works fine in my W10 PC. Also since from about the same time I've been unable to access my account details in the sky website, can access other stuff in the website but not my last bill, account details or other personnel data - maybe they are linked???? Sky you are just no good at fast and effective support. About to close my account if they don't fix both issues by 31 Jan, just had enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!
